Radstock School

As I walk over the bridge I see one of the girls from my school waving at me and I just ignore her while she goes past me.It’s getting dark now and I am getting a bit scared and frightened on my own. I think I’m near my house, I hope, I want my mum and I want her now.

At home at long last! Oh no! Now I am on my own someone can take me away from my mum my dad my…whole family. HELP!! I’m going to get my hamster out on my bed and have a think. My hamster is a naughty boy because it runs fast, Now where are the controls for my TV, AHH! Where is my hamster, oh well I’ll find him later.

Well my mum is not here so I can do what I like on my own. Cool, now I’m hungry I will make a pizza .Oh I have burnt my pizza oh well mum won’t mind I think (HOPE), I know, I’ll eat ice- cream on mums bed. I’m travelling upstairs with my ice cream tub and I’m going to watch TV upstairs in mum’s bed. Ok I’m in mum’s bed, oh dear I’ve spilt some ice cream on mums bed she won’t mind I hope. I’m going to stay up all night. It’s morning now HOORAY!!! Mum is coming home from her interview in Manchester. Oh no what about the house it’s a mess (big mess) and that smell from the burnt pizza. Where is that stupid hamster of mine? Ah! What am I going to do, don’t panic don’t panic ah PANIC!!! My hamster has eaten my mum’s best dress. Oh no I hear a key in the door, I have a good idea of what I can do. “Hello Hello anyone at home” shouted my mum, mum heard tears it was me pretending to cry so my mum felt sorry for me and indeed she did. “ This house is a mess,” I said sorry. Then I felt something nibbling my trouser leg and it was my hamster we both started laughing “Lets clean the house,” I said, “no not me missy your cleaning the house”. And I replied “OH MUM!” mum went upstairs to her cupboard to get her best dress for a party, I whispered quietly to myself “ oh no I’m in huge trouble “ I heard a loud scream mum shouted “ah my best dress its got a hole in it” “come-hear now” mum shouted sternly down the stairs. I ran up the stairs and I got a big telling off by my mum then my dad I was grounded for 2 weeks, no TV no play station, AND I had to clean our new messy house from top to bottom. I was never home alone again and my mum and dad made sure of it.
